A2: Virtualization is a technology that is critical in creating a Dynamic Data Center, but it is only one piece of the puzzle. A true Dynamic Data Center fuses numerous innovative technologies and processes to ensure the ability to meet an agency's mission now and in the future.
A3: It is focused on the combination of all of them. Every aspect of the design, development, implementation and operation of the data center must be considered and included in a cycle continuous improvement.
A1: The Dynamic Data Center is the realization of a Service Oriented Infrastructure (SOI) where technology and capability are merged into an Agile IT environment capable of meeting the ever-changing needs and mission of the agency in a cost-effective manner and will provide the foundation necessary to achieve the ultimate goal of Cloud Computing and IT as a Service (ITaaS).
